Flippin Cow

First time eating here after following their FB page for a bit. Keegan was a great and attentive server. All the food tasted great and came out fast. Will definitely be returning to eat here again!

1. The parking lot
2. When you tell the hostess “we have a group of 9” it is NOT the customers job to specify that group of 9 would all like to sit together. That’s COMMON SENSE.
3. Then telling the wait is 30 minutes. 45 minutes pass, and go to check on our status. Tells us it’s going to be longer than she thought. Let her know it would be nice to have an update, or also ask/tell us up front about being broken up into 2 groups. We don’t know the layout of your store and shouldn’t need to specify we want to be seated together. Not to mention it is boiling outside in their area to wait..
I had such high expectations for this place and they quickly dissolved.
Also having your staff roll their eyes at our situation.. not very respectful. Passive aggressiveness is not something you should feed your guests. Please do not claim we are “hangry” when we are just 9...

Sad, I just had a burger at the Flippin cow" I was looking forward to it as I had visited last year and the food and experience was wonderful. Well, not this year although The food was still good. The service was below par. The bartender where I sat was pleasant enough serve a good drink. I took my order in a quickly. My food was delivered quickly. But that's not all there is to service, service includes the conversation that is happening around you with the staff. I heard staff talking about other patrons and an unprofessional way. I heard staff talking about their weekend or other plans. I heard staff talking about not being impressed with the dress code and other issues with the restaurant, that's why I come to a restaurant and I certainly don't need to know issues about other patrons or about employee issues. Had this hot blonde server that was really good. Kept the drinks full and the condiments coming. Wouldn't let me drive home so that's cool.

We love to visit local joints when on vacation and this one was one of the best so far! Busy but Ann, the waitress, answered all my kids questions, including ones about fishing. Food was delicious. My mom loved the bacon cheeseburger wrap with jalapeño ranch. The bacon cheddar dip with cow chips was my favorite. Will definitely stop again if we're ever back out this way.

10/10 would recommend this place to anyone whether they're driving through or live near by!! Such fantastic service and incredible food!! Being on the lake is super fun too!! Shout out to Mikayla for being the best waitress ever🤩🤩
