Extremely Disappointing Experience — If You’re Not Local, Don’t Bother
Yesterday, while driving back to Chicago from Cleveland, we decided to grab lunch somewhere local without making a big detour. We found a spot called Flippin’ Cow, which had nearly 5,000 reviews averaging 4.8 stars — so we figured it had to be good.
When we arrived, it was immediately clear this was a place for locals. As soon as we walked in, we could feel the stares — like people were wondering, "What are they doing here?" It was uncomfortable, but we brushed it off and just wanted to eat.
There were two seating areas — one with A/C and another with just two fans. It was an extremely hot and humid day, and unfortunately we were seated in the hot section. We placed a simple order: two burgers and a half-size mac & cheese for our son. The large table next to us...
