I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and professional front staff who went over the details of my service thoroughly. I was able to sit and wait in their clean and inviting waiting area which offered refreshments, AC, and Wi-Fi. The appointment took ~2 hours as they work on only 1 car at a time which offers very personal and individualized service. My GMC Terrain looks great and has served me well in this Texas summer heat.
