I'm a big fan of the movie and have always wanted to see this site. We went during the week so the crowds were light. There is no fee to park or get entry but they do take any donations you want to contribute towards the upkeep. Overall it's a cool experience to be there and see the site itself. The gift shop is a little smaller than I expected and we didn't do a house tour. We threw the ball around a bit. It was fun. Only thing missing was the corn field. Being June, the corn wasn't tall enough to really complete the picture but we expected that. Read more >

My family visited the field of dreams for a baseball tournament over memorial day weekend. For the price I put $6-10 because it is technically free to see the field but when you come into the park they ask for a $10 donation to help with the upkeep. Parking lot workers give you a tag for your car, so that if you come back that weekend they won't ask you for another donation. Read more >

No charge, but donations are recommended - the gentleman at the gate makes you feel guilty about a donation. This is a great stop if you are on a road trip and want to see the set of a movie and let the kids run around, other than that it is an opportunity to contribute to the passion of others. Read more >
