Field of Dreams Movie Site

The house tour was great (very informative) and it was neat to walk around the property. There was a kids baseball game going on when we went. There is also a 2nd larger field, but you can’t get to that. Read more >

A website said no admission fee, so we went to check it out since it was on the way home. There was someone at the entrance collecting a $20 "donation", which we were not prepared to pay less than an one hour before they were about to close, with over 700 miles to travel home. The actual website doesn't mention a required "donation". We just wanted to see the field and take a few pictures, so if this is your goal, or a stop on your travels, don't waste your time. Really cool movie site. You can play catch or hit the ball. The food closes early but the gift shop stays open later. The staff are not as friendly as you would hope. The prices are high in the shop. The donation desired is $20 just like the movie. Read more >

Starting thenight in town just to visit here!! Or so was so impressed to actually be able to play ball on the field. We had so much fun!! Gift snoop and small store. It was exactly like it was as if you were in the movie. Love the baseballism store addition and restaurant. Makes the drive worth it. Cute little snack shop called stretches. The corn was perfectly tall in each row. The diamond was fun for all the kids and family's to get up there and hit and catch balls. A defiant must see.
