Carlos did a great job cleaning up a roof that had a section covered in pigeon droppings, without leaving any of it on the ground. He also cleaned our solar panels which look spotless and now put out 10% more power than yesterday.

My Ferretti Softwash experience was nothing short of perfect - in every respect - communication prior to service, soft wash of the roof at our home, cleanup after soft wash, post-service communication, and price. We had significant moss and algae growing on our roof. Even as a licensed contractor, I was not aware of a service that could clean the algae and moss off our roof without damaging the roof surface - thereby adding life to our roof. I called Ferretti Softwash and Power Wash to get a quote on washing my house and patio deck. I spoke with Gina over the phone who was very friendly and helpful!
Ronny came out to give me a quote and was actually able to complete the job that day. Later I noticed that there were a few scratches on the deck. I called and notified Gina and Ronny.
