Fern Creek Dentistry

Very professional and hospitable. Recently moved from out of state, was told by previous hygienist to schedule (later in the day) appointments for more thorough cleanings. I asked the Fern Creek hygienist if that might influence the cleaning.. she said “Not really, I take as much time as it takes with EVERY patient.. even if some take longer.” Well, after the bright and shiny cleanings, both my wife and I received, We’re sold. Nice place, nice people... I’d recommend them.👍🏼

My first vist went fast and smoothly! The staff was extremely nice and detailed on everything that they would be doing and what to expect! They were also excellent in telling me what to expect my next vists and showed my in detail my bill.

The folks at Fern Creek Dentistry are the best. I have dentistaphobia (I'm sure there is a more medical term for that.), so it is hard to get me into the dentist chair. But Dr. Prashant Patel and his team, along with Dr. Greg McCourt, make me feel like one of the family. They are kind, gentle and caring people. I would recommend them to anyone.

There are no words to express my Gratitude to the staff at Fern Creek Dentistry. I have a Brother, Rodney, who is Special Needs and since our parents have passed away, I had to take over handling all his medical needs. He has always had so much anxiety about going to the Doctor/Dentist, that it makes it hard for me, as his caregiver, to explain to him that his teeth are in terrible shape and needs to be fixed before it causes other health problems. But Dr. McCourt was so calm, kind and patient while talking to Rodney and he helped us come up with the best plan for him. He also took the time to explain everything to me, because I was probably more nervous than my Brother. Tara, his Assistant, has a smile that lights up a room and Joy in her voice.
