Update 25Jul22:
Just had another phantom appointment scheduled for Aug when my wife was already on the calendar there for Nov(????). We have decided to unfortunately move our kids to another dentist in hopes that the outfit isn't being over booked and confused. Nice enough staff, however, I hope the system there is one day worked out.

This place has literally been a topic of arguement with my wife and I...

My wife was supposed to be scheduled with our 2 kids, at last November's check up, and would have been a few more months till they could work her back in the schedule, so she said fuwi with it!

This year they cancelled due to lack of a dentist unable to be there. I called 4x's during their office hours after receiving a notification text, but to no avail for reschedule. Finally get a hold of them one morning.

The staff at Fern Creek Dentistry were polite, quick and thorough. I was able to get in, get an awesome cleaning and get out so I could return to work.
