I always have a pleasant experience here. My recent hygienist was Anna. She was terrific. Very friendly and gentle. Dr. Patel is wonderful. It has always been a good experience

The facility was very neat and clean. The staff was very polite. The dental hygienist Brittany took great care of me and thoroughly explained to me what was going on concerning my gums and teeth. I will definitely be back for my regular cleaning.

I do not recommend this dentist. For anyone who has dental anxiety do not go here. I was scheduled an appointment for today and was prescribed a medication for the anxiety. I was assured that I would be able to use the nitrous oxide in the procedure. After not calling the medication in the dentist did a lady minute prescription. I left WORK and went to the office picked up the script drive to the pharmacy had it filed and came back for my 10 o'clock appointment only to be told that they would not use the dental gas bc they gave me a5 MG Valium and they don't do both..... I was livid not only did I have to take the day off from work but they wanted me to take Thursday off as well to reschedule.... it's impossible to miss that much work this day and time. I well go to Huntersville for my procedure and guess what they have no problem giving my the Valium and gas to help with the acute...

I made an appointment with this dentist at the end of December based on all the amazing reviews but left with anything but 5 star feelings.

When I made the appointment I gave them my dental insurance information, I also then I received a text with a link to fill out forms and provided insurance information there as well and filled it out well before my 1/17 appointment date. I show up to my appointment and am told that they are out of network with my insurance. I was honestly shocked because they were showing as in-network on my insurance website. The person who does insurance said she tried to verify yesterday but it was MLK day and this morning was on hold for an hour to check insurance. I showed her the page I had that showed the dentist office in-network and I guess it was just for one of the dentist but not the dentist I was scheduled with and the other dentist who...

They are always friendly and never have a long wait. My teeth have been in great shape since coming here, thanks Dr. Patel and staff.

Very much disappointed. Received a phone call from Fern Creek's office a day before my appointment. I was informed that Fern Creek no longer used my insurance carrier. If I wanted to keep the scheduled appointment fork over 44 bucks for the cleaning procedure or cancel. I canceled, looks like I won't be back.

Fern Creek didn't offer any other alternatives, like other insurance company's they use or any other means of paying. It's like they didn't need or want me as a customer. As a Air Force retiree I obtain insurance thru the military, with some choice's once a year on which insurance company I can use.
