Fern Creek Dentistry

I went to Fern Creek 3 years ago to have dental implants . I had one done there by Dr McCourt . Truly not Fern Creeks fault . But he works there 2 days a week .which my issues has nothing to do with them . But he does work there . The office was very clean and were very kind to me . He Seemed to be very nice . I questioned the first implant he did there at Fern Creek which was beside my front tooth . he had push it so far up in the gum and now the tooth is very short, also not in line with the other teeth at the gum. I also suffered from vertigo, couldn’t figure out why, but it came from the pressure he applied that damaged my neck. And the crowns he added beside the implant he lined up with that one so half my teeth are higher up in the gums than the other side . He said he would adjust or add some porcelain to it . He then ask me to drive to his dentist office in Denver as he could...

Ana Hygienist was awesome

We really liked everybody alot. The office is clean and attractive. The dentist is knowledgeable and has a sence of humor. He is patient and understanding.
Everyone is efficient and friendly.

Well I went for the first time a couple days ago and everything went great. I probably would give the visit a 5 but I never give 5s because nobody or nothing is perfect. Ana, my dental hygienist was great. She was nice, knowledgeable, and did a good job cleaning my teeth. She cared about my comfort level and if I was in pain. She also gave me helpful future advice pertaining to my teeth. The dentist and the lady at the front desk were ok too.

It's never easy choosing a new dentist. The staff made me feel very comfortable. I felt very at ease with Dr McCourt. Very pleased with the results. Highly recommended!

First off I'm a former CDA who worked in the Dental field. I was relocating dentist because I just moved to Statesville recently. 1st off the atmosphere wasn't friendly the staff member who handles the calls, billing was rude, their system was down so they were behind on schedule so I waited patiently I finally get to the back I'm expecting (which was the first thing I informed the person who made my appointment prior to me arriving) But I couldn't be seen because I didn't have a medical clearance which should have been told to me when I scheduled the appointment which is what the hygienist stated. So I'm sitting on phone trying to get my medical clearance I finally get in touch with my medical Dr. they get my medical clearance handled and they still can't see me because they close at 12 for lunch and it was late 11 around this time.
