I'm disappointed how this office is now. I would not recommend going here. The staff only care about payment. I was a patient here for several years of Dr. Patel. He was amazing but slowly the office has changed. You can't get an appointment or if you request to see the doctor, they will send someone else in. The other provider was rude and did not try to talk about my dental concerns. I asked repeatedly to see only Dr Patel since I was paying for care but still was given to someone else. I finally requested all of my appointments cancelled AFTER the office changed my appointment without calling or texting me. It was on a holiday week so I couldn't call the office and was going to be charged a no show fee, even though the OFFICE changed the date.
