My experience today was comforting and everything was explained to me by the hygienist and doctor. I had a tooth extracted so I wasn’t quite sure of the process! They couldn’t have been more concerned asking me quite a few times if I was okay. Extraction was not bad at all and rather quick. Definitely like this practice a lot!!

I have been a patient at Fern Creek Dentistry for several years and never had a problem until now. However, my recent experience has been nothing short of distressing. After undergoing a dental procedure, I began experiencing severe inflammation, lockjaw, headaches, and neck pain. Concerned about these symptoms, I contacted the office multiple times, hoping to receive guidance or a follow-up appointment.

Instead of addressing the situation thoroughly, I was prescribed mouthwash and amoxicillin, which I had requested, and I only thought it was soreness or a possible infection. Despite these treatments, my condition continued to worsen. My mouth became so restricted that I could only open it to 5mm. I could not eat and switched to a soft diet and smoothies.
