I have used their services twice now and both times it was a positive experience. They performed a deep clean to start and it was excellent quality, they did a great job with a lot of attention to detail. They cleaned multiple things, like the bathroom fan, that the previous company I used had skipped. I'm continuing to use Family Cleaners for regular cleanings and when they returned to do the first cleaning they also did an excellent job. One of the cleaners accidentally damaged something while cleaning and they texted me immediately to let me know and were very helpful in working to make the situation right. I get the sense that they take customer service very seriously and are receptive to feedback. Best cleaning. We used them for a deep cleaning in our house after having 2 other cleaners in our house prior to. All I had to say is WOW! The areas that the OTHER cleaners missed was unbelievable!
I love how quick they work,
house always smells so good afterwards. My kids love the little "gifts" left behind... bows and flowers made with the toilet paper, paper towels, blankets.
