Buying a car from Faceautos was pretty straight forward and they have better inventory compared to the other used car dealers I looked at. Getting Car Fax report is free and super easy, they texted me the link to the report before I even looked at the car. Theresa was friendly and accomodating when I did the test drive. Finalizing the purchase was quick and professionally done, perhaps because Jimmy has decades of experience owning and managing car dealership prior to Faceautos. They even fixed the power window motor of my car within a week of the after sale. Overall a positive experience buying and driving my Nissan Versa from this dealership and I highly recommend.

Not every auto sales needs to be some slimy guy in a car lot. The location seems peculiar, but the business is very straight forward with what you are getting. That said, do not expect to haggle. This is an As-Is little dealership, and they run pretty lean.

I couldn't drive away with the vehicle I went to see because a repair part arrived late, but they brought the car up to me in Concord. I am disabled, so the drive was very long for me, and I am grateful they were willing to take that extra step to make up for the hiccup!
