Incredible customer service! Sean is the nicest guy and was so helpful and honest about literally everything - including pricing and options. Would absolutely use this company again.

The people who came to the house on March 8, and did initial water mediation were nice and got their job done. Did not like the fact that they only use a broom and do not vacuum after all the tear out mess. Charged $8000 to clean contents that probably could have been replaced for less. Charged over $2000 to clean "fabrics" that could have been replaced for a few hundred dollars. Even though insurance covered the work, the prices were/are outrageous for the work done. No mystery why insurance rates keep rising! It has been over two months and I still do not have an itemized list of contents that can not be cleaned/repaired that need to be written off or returned. In summary, the workers were fine; the business integrity, not so much! Would not recommend.

Little or no communication. The general manager is not truthful and will not answer scheduling questions. The hose has sat with no work for over 3 weeks

Servicemaster took us from crisis mode and within 30 mins had things in control. Great service, friendly guys. We were trying to leave town and I thought I’d be here all day. We made it on time for the graduation. Thank you.

The guys were there quickly and were very helpful.
