The person that answered the phone and scheduled our appointment was professional and courteous. An exact arrival time was given (not a range) and upheld. Carpet looked great and dried quickly. The whole service was great value, comparable price to others but with no additional/hidden fees. Would definitely use Heaven’s Best again!
