Heaven's Best Ames & Surround Area

Oh boy! I have seen alot of different carpet cleaners and everyone teels you that they are the best, but at the end you still find something that they missed. Heaven's Best did a wonderful job, better yet AMAZING. The apartment carpet they cleaned for us yesterday was SO severly damaged by the dog urine, you couldn't even walk in to the apartment without gaggaing. And let me tell you Heaven's Best TRULY cleaned that apartment SO WELL, its unbeliveable. The carpet looks fresh, soft, NOT crunchy and it seems to me that on their way out they brushed it with a brush (I don't know if they did it or not). A+ ALL THE WAY!!!

Was charged double of what I was quoted. Will never do business with this company and will advise others to avoid them as well. I feel completely taken advantage of.

I am very happy with the cleaning that they did for me. The carpeting had several spots. Some were quite difficult. They stayed with it until we got the desired results. I would definitely recommend Heaven's Best out of Jefferson, Iowa.
