This was a terrible experience from start to finish. The crew showed up on the wrong day and it took 5 separate visits to correctly install gutters. I was then told not to pay the bill by the salesman, but still sent to collections without a proper install. EBS did not want to hear my complaint. This whole ordeal took over 9 months, and it was just for standard gutter install. The communication between EBS employees is terrible and the craftsmanship of the work is highly questionable. Again, this was just gutters and everything about it was screwed up. Read more >
