Working with Ebs is fine because Mike Kinsella manages my projects closely but the finishing and repair/cleanup crews are horrible. The gutter team damaged my roof and now I have water damage that won’t be repaired. I have a light on, that was damaged and no one has come to repair it after completing the tuck-pointing… so there are just a few loose ends that need to be repaired and cleaned up for me to feel better about working with you all. We moved into our 81yr old home 1.5 weeks before the 100yr rain. The rain showed us numerous problems that hadn't been identified during our home inspection. (Not sure they would have been with usual rains.) We called EBS and they were out very quickly. They fixed shingles that had come loose, nail pops, dormer repair and tuck-pointing.
