Exterior building solutions

I hired EBS to replace the shutters on my home. They were responsive and willing to work with me even though my request was outside of what they typically do and very reasonable compared to other bids i got. EBS did a great job of staying in contact with me when the weather was preventing them from working outside. When they came out the gentleman was knowledgable, courteous, and efficient. He was able to take down my old shutters and replace with new ones in less than 3hrs… Wow! I love the new look of my home! Contacted several vendors to get estimates to repair a peeling fascia board. Chris Schumer with Exterior Building Solutions was the only vendor who maintained timely and efficient communication. He inspected the issue and even identified shingles that needed repair. He offered to also clean the gutters. Went above and beyond and coordinated with the office and project manager to get the work completed.
