Exterior Building Solutions replaced all of our shoddy particle-board soffits with aluminum ones that look great. The estimator was thorough and followed up diligently, their installation team was professional and efficient, and they communicated well with us from the beginning. There was a delay in getting our materials due to supply chain disruptions, but they kept us in the loop and let us know when they were coming. I would recommend them to anyone.

There are two main reasons I love working with Neil Tibbles and EBS. One, when it comes to insurance claims for damaged exteriors, they are VERY good at making sure the insurance company does not miss important details when compensating you for damage. Two, and it sounds cliche, but honesty. Neil really takes time to educate on needs vs wants, and is excellent at predicting potential problems ahead of time so there are as few surprises possible. Does not hard close - gives you alot of space. I highly recommend.

I choose Exterior Building Solutions for gutter replacement and some fascia repairs for my home in May of this year. They gave me a competitive price. Neil responded to me quickly, answered all of my questions, and allowed me to change the scope of the project a couple of times. The workers and the office personnel were professional and courteous. The project was completed much quicker than I anticipated. They hauled away all the materials and did a walk around my property with me to make sure everything was correct. The new gutters look great and I am extremely pleased how they make my home look so much better. If I have any future projects that EBS handles, they will be my go-to company for sure. Prompt and courteous answers to all my issues. Polite sales and service staff. 300 dollar repair minimum, but it took care of all of my water leak issues. Highly recommend EBS for all new roofing, siding add-ons and repairs!!! Thanks EBS!!!!
