My wife and I were not pleased with our experience because: 1) communication about when someone was going to come do the work was poor to non-existent; 2) on the two occasions workers came to do the work they did not know and/or appeared confused about what needed to be done, 3) we never received confirmation that the contracted for work was in fact completed despite multiple requests; 4) someone had to come back to complete the work, something we had to point out and request; 5) despite all this your company was quick to follow up about getting paid and referring us to debt collections while we were still waiting for confirmation of the work being completed. We were initially contacted about payment while we were still waiting on a worker to come out for a second time.

We never enjoy when people do not have a good experience, but I appreciate you letting us know the things we can improve on. It sounds like the largest issue you had was communication, which is something we have spent 2022 working diligently to improve on.
