When selling a home, there is always way in the back of your mind, a little voice saying, "This Could be a scam." Epically in my case where I sold my mothers house that was in another state. Long story short, these guys always stayed in touch with me, If I to called one of the members or support crew, they ALWAYS got back to me in UNDER an hour. I actually never say any of the people face to face that were involved in the process, but they were a phone call away. All the necessary paper work was e-mailed to me and at the end of the process, they sent a notary to my home for the final signing. Three days later the money was in my mothers account. I was unsure at first tried lots of options so I agreed to a deal which was fair and decent, ran into a few issues but Chris Banks is amazing and he there with superman he stayed in contact and would answer text whenever I would not have go through this deal without him.
