I am currently in the process of selling my home to these folks. I called them because I have heard they could close quickly. I cannot express how grateful we are for Express Homebuyers.we were initially scheduled to close on the sale of our home on 11/8/2023. Just before settlement an issue with the title was discovered from before we purchased the home and was missed by our title company. We ended up having to go through our title insurance to have the issue resolved. The process took over 2 months to resolve. Not only did Express Homebuyers not cancel the sales contract, they let us work with their title company, Closeline Settlements to help resolve the issue. Chris from Express was so helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. We finally went to settlement on 1/17/2024.
