Not sure how these scam artists got any positive reviews. Their business model is predicated on taking advantage of people in need. The CEO keeps blathering on about his BBB rating. Big deal. A good rating means you didn't do anything illegal and promptly respond to customer complaints. A BBB rating doesn't take into account whether or not business practices are morally reprehensible if technically they're legal. Yes, it's legal to offer someone far below the market value of their home in hopes they're desperate enough to take it so you can turn a quick profit. It doesn't mean you're good people doing good works for society's benefit.
