I had the WORST experience with this company. I was promised anything to sign paperwork, but the company never followed through. First, when they sent the gentleman out to my home on Christmas eve, I was told that if they made an offer I had to make a decision right then, could not think about I needed to say yes or no immediately. Well, you do not go to Express Homebuyers if you're in a good situation, so i made the decision to go with them. Then comes the terrible part. You are no longer taken care of by the person you let into your home, they hand you off to someone else. This person along with one of their owners literally tortured me. I signed a contract stating the closing would occur connor before 1/27/2020, now i understand circumstances can change, my problem with this company? No communication. I would call to get information, and would go to voicemail, no...
