I'm very happy with Express home buyers. They were very informative expedited everything quickly I couldn't be more happy or comfortable where I'm at right now thanks to express home buyers I give them a five-star reputation and I would definitely recommend them to anybody and everybody and I'm just a regular person and I'm a real person and I was not paid for any of this information. Brad Chandler is the best! I couldn't express my gratitude anymore go with Express home buyers you definitely will not be disappointed in you will leave with a smile on your face. 😉

I had the WORST experience with this company. I was promised anything to sign paperwork, but the company never followed through. First, when they sent the gentleman out to my home on Christmas eve, I was told that if they made an offer I had to make a decision right then, could not think about I needed to say yes or no immediately. Well, you do not go to Express Homebuyers if you're in a good situation, so i made the decision to go with them. Then comes the terrible part. You are no longer taken care of by the person you let into your home, they hand you off to someone else. This person along with one of their owners literally tortured me. I signed a contract stating the closing would occur connor before 1/27/2020, now i understand circumstances can change, my problem with this company? No communication. I would call to get information, and would go to voicemail, no...

Being faced with a very short notice move, Express Homebuyers hit the mark with us. After consulting with real estate professionals we knew that we just didn't have the time that selling our house in a conventional home sale would require. The Express Homebuyers team came to our house and made a fair offer that same day. We weren't looking to make top dollar on this home sale, rather we just wanted to close the chapter on that house and start a new chapter in our new home in North Carolina. Express Homebuyers provided that for us by making this a truly hassle free experience. The team members (Christian W., Doug A.) presented as competent professionals and their supporting team (Amanda C. and Sara C.) were responsive and proactive. Great team, great experience.

I contacted Express Home Buyers along with my brother and sold my house to them after fixing up the outside and the roof. The sale was quick and easy and I have moved into a downsized condo because of the price I received. They were great and the entire sale was completed within 2 weeks. Amazing!

I spoke with someone at Express Homebuyers early summer in reference to selling my home. We had a great conversation, talked numbers and agreed that it will work out. We had made plans to set up a date Oct 1st, 2019 for a solid quote on the house. Fast forward Sept 26th, I emailed him so he could give me a ring and we could get started on the process. I got a phone call from another agent from EHB and he stated that the person I was emailing didn't work with EHB anymore. He took my info and asked all the questions I had answered before and stated that he would give me a call back. I never got the call back that day, I even called back and spoke with someone else who told me that he was still in the office and would give me a call back. I expressed that I was dealing with very limited time and I wanted a peace of mind on what the solution would be in order for me to enjoy my weekend....
