After dealing with them on 2 separate occasions I can say this is a Horrible company to work with.you may ask why deal with them twice,well the 1st time after one agent wasted my time I receive a very low-ball offer that was very insulting and more then half of what I was previously offered,the 2nd time I dealt with them it was because after dealing with a few companies I had lost track that I had dealt with them before but gave another agent a chance,The agent told me they would contact me the next day after going over the property info,the call never came,so I called him, I was told due to the current housing market situation they were only intrested in properties located within cities and not in rural area's .I had to call him as he had no plan to return my call as it was not benefital to do so since they did not want to do business.
