Express homebuyers gave me the best price. And was easy to work with. My home, that I lived in for 34 years.
Had a lot of issues.
And? Needed several $1000 of repairs. The price of they gave me. It was $30000 more. Then then 3 other estimates that I had gotten. This.
House was full of asbestos mice and fasted had previous termite damage. Black mold , rotted wood , Are leaking steam heat systhat would have cost $30000 to repair? This house was built-in 1994.
Very old house. It had mold in the basement. A buried old tank on the property.
Asbestos, this insulation in the walls. Asbestos discovered pipes in the foundation. Had a crack in it. The basement leaked. Had a faulty electric system. 2 trees on the property that need to be removed removed. One is about ready to fall the other. The roots are growing into the foundation of the house. And of course,...

This ad runs every 1/2 hour. I hate them. I would never believe someone or something that spammed me like that. I turn TV off when these two start screaming at me
