I was not pleased with the process. It was not very transparent. Initially, received an offer to purchase my home after about 2 weeks of discussion. Then about 1 week before the first closing I was informed that they couldn't purchase the home. I was offered what they call a hybrid solution where they list the home with one of their local partners in the area of the property. I agreed to that solution, but information was slow in coming or no existent during the process. I called, emailed and sent text messages requesting a status. These reports were very slow. I even had to ask if the property had closed on the schedule closing date. Bottom line, I got the money I wanted out of the property. It didn't happen in 7 days as the commercial implies.
