Express Homebuyers

I am currently in the process of selling my home to these folks. I called them because I have heard they could close quickly. I was a bit skeptical at first but after speaking to the gentleman Peter on the phone and having him come to my house and make an offer I am very pleased so far. I am scheduled to close in less than 3 weeks and am happy with the offer. I will update this review when everything is completed. I hope the remainder of this process remains as easy as it has been. Express Home Buyers gets 5 stars from me!

I cannot express how grateful we are for Express Homebuyers.we were initially scheduled to close on the sale of our home on 11/8/2023. Just before settlement an issue with the title was discovered from before we purchased the home and was missed by our title company. We ended up having to go through our title insurance to have the issue resolved. The process took over 2 months to resolve. Not only did Express Homebuyers not cancel the sales contract, they let us work with their title company, Closeline Settlements to help resolve the issue. Chris from Express was so helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. We finally went to settlement on 1/17/2024. I would work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs to sell quickly to a reputable company. They are exactly who they claim to be.

I relinquish all my rights of May 2023 to the property. I thought that this transaction will be a quick one,but this is not the case. Once they had possession of the property the phone calls stop.. I have left several emails and voice messages and no one has returned my call. I don't understand what is going on because this was a cash purchase property when I purchased it. I finally got in touch with someone in the month of June of 2023 and was told that the $5,000 that was held and escrow I will received once the property was sold. I was never given this information during the closing process sign paper. October 2023 property was sold and I am still waiting today January 19,2024. and know one has reached out to me up to this time. This has caused a financial hardship in my family and causes us to be homeless with no fix address.
