Just had my floors done. Don’t even know where to begin. My stairs had gaps/beat up walls/ pieces that didn’t fit/ huge chips out of wood and paint on the walls && then literal brown paint blobs on the laminate wood to try to hide the huge chips in it. They then Sent another crew to re-do/replace the disaster that was made in my home. Walls are still beat up, still some gaps between wall and flooring..and then some have brown caulking that is in splatters on the wall. I felt really comfortable with Express Flooring from the very beginning, even though there were a couple of hiccups. Maria (the lady that scheduled the free quote) is SO friendly & very easy to talk to. She made sure to call & remind me and confirm the appt the day prior. Unfortunately, they had to reschedule the appointment and they offered a discount in case I decided to go for it. They sent Luke for the quote. Luke is also very friendly, helpful & patient answering any questions I had. He even helped me get a really good pricing. The day of installation, the crew/guy they had scheduled never called me to lmk their ETA.
