Express Flooring

FlOODED MY HOUSE! THE NAIL WENT THROUGH THE BASEBOARDS INTO MY PIPE AND RUINED MY WALLS AND FLOORS. THERE IS NO URGENCY OR CARE AND THEY PUT IN A "SERVICE ORDER" I WONT EVEN BE REACHED OUT TO TILL TOMORROW TO SCHEDULE WHEN THEY CAN COME OUTAND HAVNT HAD WATER ALL DAY. Their subcontractors they send out are rude and unprofessional. They don't finish when they tell you, leave a mess, destroy your walls with cement and holes and try and say " it was like that" and then laugh. Rip door trim off, throw away trim on your cabinets. Theres gaps under the baseboards and the flooring. The floors are already lifting and told me to call in a month and they will re do them. No they should of been done right the first time! First off we want to Thank Neil for taking the time to hear our concerns. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy our carpet from Express flooring. Everything fell in place at the right time and installation was in the following days! We have been out of our bedroom for 2 months due to a water leak in our master bathroom. We’ve gotten quotes from other companys and it way over our budget and installation would take another 2 to 3 weeks. Express flooring could have done installation the following day but we gave ourselves 2 days to prep (Thank God our carpet was in stock). Our 1st carpet installation done in our master bedroom on 3/15/23 was done by thorough professionals. No mess and no clean up done by us. I have been planning to do my floor for long time. I never like carpets to begin with. Last year I received a flyer in the mail from EXPRESS FLOORING. I put aside, hoping one day to do this project in my home. Then I saw them advertising in Instagram. They offer free in home estimate, so I decide to give it a chance. We decide within the first consultation to go with company, as they offer, incentives, lifetime warranty and must importantly financial help. Pedro was the salesperson who help us set up the whole process. Base on contract, our schedule or work was to begging January 30 thru Feb 3. I was very please as how fast Ivan and his team work.
