The customer service initially was a 5 and after I paid for the flooring I feel like the customer service went to a 2.5. They did a good job on the flooring. However after I paid I felt like I was forgotten about. Also, make sure you are clear on what baseboards will be replaced. I wanted new baseboards with my new tile in my kitchen and it didn't happen. I asked about it and they said they would get back with me and never did. I paid 6k and I am sure they have bigger jobs. I got another bid that was 1k cheaper but I went with them cuz the sales guy (Jesus) was great. There is also a lifetime warranty and I thought I would have continued excellent service... that's why I went with them.
