My experience with Express Floor was wonderful. The installers were polite and did a perfect job. My carpet is beautiful and thw price was very reasonable.

They were incredible, I am very OCD and everything went perfect they move all of your furniture and put it back they walk around and make sure you are completely satisfied! The guys that came to my house were very clean and kept all their stuff tidy while working, highly recommend them!!!

The customer service initially was a 5 and after I paid for the flooring I feel like the customer service went to a 2.5. They did a good job on the flooring. However after I paid I felt like I was forgotten about. Also, make sure you are clear on what baseboards will be replaced. I wanted new baseboards with my new tile in my kitchen and it didn't happen. I asked about it and they said they would get back with me and never did. I paid 6k and I am sure they have bigger jobs. I got another bid that was 1k cheaper but I went with them cuz the sales guy (Jesus) was great. There is also a lifetime warranty and I thought I would have continued excellent service... that's why I went with them.
