Over a month ago, we had flooring installed. While we love the floors, quarter round was used to finish around the walls. The baseboards were not removed so when the quarter round was installed, the rounded corners of our walls were left without. It looks horrible. We have called and called. One time someone responded and sent someone out. They didn't see what we were upset about. We have been calling and calling again, and NO ONE returns calls. We will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Three on Your Side (AZ Family 3 TV).

I am adding pictures of what I am talking about. We received a call on the night before Thanksgiving at 5pm to schedule someone to come look. We were told to call after the weekend. We have called every day since and no one has the common courtesy to return a call. Read more >

We had our two room install scheduled for Monday of this week . I got a call informing me the installers would be out within 1.5 hours and they were. The three installers were polite and thorough. They took off the baseboards and laid them neatly on the tile floor outside of the rooms. They listened to my choices about direction of the planks. They said it would take 5 hours appx- and they were walking out in 5 hours !! We are so happy with the floor and the install both.
