They were great from the sales person to the installers. Sales person wasn't pushy and was willing to show us as many samples as we wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable and precise in putting the package/price together for our carpet. The installers called with a time they would be here, they showed up at the time they gave us. The installers worked hard and did an excellent job.

We were supposed to have our project started today. We've been home all day and not an email, phone call, nothing! My husband had to call the person who originally came to our house multiple times and nothing. I called the office and the installation team is supposed to call me back but never did. My husband finally got a call with nothing but excuses and now they're not coming until Thursday, so we'll see if they actually show up and how it looks when they show up. If I could I'd just cancel with them and go with the original company that came out!!

So I’m gonna brag because I’m extremely happy with this company with our design guy Brett l I’m usually not a social person but our guy was amazing friendly well knowledged explained every thing I needed to know and wasn’t just let’s get this sold and be done most sales people I would say are well people I don’t care for and all the way around this company and customer service was amazing I havnt cared to refer any company but this one my family has been hitting hard times and they worked with me so well and made it where I can afford it and be happy this company and Brett was the best customer service and company I ever went threw if any one needs there floor done this is def the place to go can’t wait for the install

Bill and Ryan were great! They were professional, and worked hard to get the floors we wanted. Will be installed in 2 days can't wait!!

One of the talking points of the salesperson was "we use employees", not a third party. Our original installation was rescheduled to a Sunday due to "a number of employees calling out". We were scheduled today to have them come back and fix a couple of issues; I just received the same excuse "employees calling out". We were told by Devon that we would get a partial refund based on the first issue (still haven't seen that and no one seems to know anything about it).

People take time off work and out of their day for these appointments, your inability to appropriately schedule and take potential call outs into consideration costs your customers time and money. Stop over booking and hire reliable people.

1. They told me the carpet I purchased was in stock.
2. Then, ONE day before scheduled install they discovered the carpet was damaged!
3. Shouldn't they check for that kind of condition before warehousing it?
4. Had to reschedule for a following-day install which was a MAJOR inconvenience to me, because I had to then reschedule my plans and negotiated for $150 rebate - which to my surprise was actually mailed to me 1-1/2 week later.
5. Installers were late - which further pushed back my already personal-rescheduled plans.
6. Installers moved all heavy furniture as promised; the install was quite quick ... that's about the only positive experience ...
7. NOW I feel all sorts of lumps/bumps under my carpet in random places when I walk on it barefoot. I do not feel these when I have my shoes on.
