Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Worst installation experience that 3 weeks later still has not been fixed.

I was hoping to write a positive review but at this time I cannot. It has been four weeks since the flooring was completed and have been trying to get the warranty department to come out and fix the one thing I asked the workers to replace before they left. During install on the stairs one plank was damaged and they used caulk to fill it in and it looks really bad. I asked them to replace it and was told they did not have anymore stair nose pieces and if they tried to take it off it was going to break. Then they pushed me to to call the warranty for the so called lifetime install warranty and to sign off on the job. I should have said no I will not sign it until the job is done. That is my fault, but I did add a note next to the signature stating that the job was not done. I did finally get a call back to schedule the repair and was told someone would call me on Tuesday, go figure no...

Left my friend’s house trashed she is sitting in her home crying because it wasn’t done right and her home is wrecked.

Horrendous company. Terrible customer service. Worthless product. This company needs to be closed down and revamped with people that know how to operate. Do not trust them whatsoever. consider yourself warned. Reporting them to the BBB.

Carpet is so cheap. I have been through two warranties in a year. I can’t even get someone to Call me back to instal a different carpet. Every time I call the managers are busy. It’s like they just don’t want to deal with me! Horrible carpet and horrible company!

Save your time and your money! Horrible customer service and don’t want to deal with you after you cancel your scheduled instillation. We canceled within their three day time frame, Eric promised to return our $1350.00 deposit ASAP. Almost a month later and several phone calls to him and no response. He is always out in the “field with a customer” or “in the hospital”, always feeding you BS. Way over priced, we found a cheaper quote by over 50%! Also they do not go into detail about the brand of flooring you are getting, they just say it is “industrial brand”. They are crooks and just want your money!! So glad we went else where!

I been waiting over three weeks for someone to do off a box of my vinyl that I'm supposed to store for future work. I do get any return calls. Unfortunately I referred my sister who waited all day for them to finish a job that has taken three days to complete. She had to call numerous times for them to say they'll come the next day. This customer is terrible. All that money and your not getting all your nessccary products.

Michael came by and gave me the best service. Express was even able to beat the competitions pricing and help me out with a special finance program to get the floors I really wanted. Would highly recommend!
