Do not, I repeat, do not use this company. Horrible experience regarding installation and customer service. Once you pass the 3rd day that allows you to cancel, they ultimately leave you hanging. My job is now projected to take a full four days more than what we initially spoke about. I understand things get behind, but ultimately I know the sales guy knew they couldn’t be done in 4 days yet still said they could. I have to take another four days off of work to get the job done. You can never get a hold of anyone in charge; every time you call, you’re told they can’t get ahold of anybody. They by far were the highest priced company which would be completely worth it if their customer service and installers actually cared about the customer.

Who ever is thinking to hire this company please don’t. We just had our floor done by them and it was a below average experience. They will not respond to your call nor care to supervise or check the work or their contractors. By the way the crew they sent don’t speak any English at all. Please don’t throw away your money.

Your commercial is an absolute disgrace. Sick of men being portrayed as imbeciles. Shame on you. Anti American BS.

The guy was late, angrily banged on my front door, totally just asked how much I want to spend (I quoted him the price of a competitor for 2,200 sq ft) and just said he only sells commercial overstock and he left. Huge waste of time and a terrible representation of your organization. If your company can't compete with local competitors then don't market here in Phoenix.

sales rep sold me the wrong flooring. told him our needs and we trusted him. we were lied to repeatedly by the company. now waiting for our deposit to get sent back. i was never so dissapointed by so called professionals.

A little less than a year ago we spent $6,000 to install new flooring throughout our home. The spaces between each plank have started to chip. It took a month to get someone to come out and look at what is supposed to be covered by a lifetime warranty. What did they do? Tried to fill in the cracks with CAULKING. Now it looks like I have smeared feces on my kitchen floor. After weeks of calling and complaining they were scheduled to send someone else out to fix today. Second time myself or husband had to take a day off of work to be home. Low and behold no one shows to fix. We will be filing a complaint with the ROC and calling the local news stations as calling and complaining clearly gets no results.

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. They could’ve had more business from us but since they have taken over three weeks to respond and we still don’t have what we need, I’m done.

We paid Express Flooring $4,000 to install flooring on our stairs. The contractor did a terrible job leaving 1/2 inch gaps and butchered the stair facing and left nail holes everywhere. After calling 15-20 times to include finally speaking with a manager they finally came to inspect the issues and agreed the work was terrible. They manager said he called and verified the materials need to fix this had been ordered by the contractor and they would schedule a time to come out. Over a month we still didn’t hear anything back. We called them again and they said there were notes on what should be fixed but nothing was never ordered and couldn’t transfer us to a manager because he wasn’t there which wasn’t a shock because we’ve heard that a lot from them. In my opinion this company is straight trash and will never be used again and I would advise everyone to stay away !!!
