We had our floors to be installed weeks ago but had to change due to our own schedule. The new install date was done on time. The problem they did not have the correct transition strips and when I called they told me they were out of stock. They assured someone would call me and still have not. I have called numerous times and get the same song and dance. This is unacceptable and I would never recommend Express Flooring again. I am still waiting on a phone call and for the strips to be installed. How long Express do people have to wait? What is the point of quick install, yet, you don't do the job right.
