I am getting ready to take this company to small claim's court. I've had my carpet for 5 yrs. and there's area's where it's showing very bad worn, the carpet is coming apart in these areas. Express Flooring turned the claim into the manufacturer and the manufacturer says I need proof that I've had the carpet professionally cleaned every 12-18 months. I have a Kirby and clean my own carpet and cleaning has nothing to do with the wear and tear showing up. My original carpet that I still have in the bedrooms for the past 17 years has no showing of coming apart and looks better than the carpet I've got from Express Flooring. So I've asked for a copy of my contract, proof of what the manufacturer wants in the way of cleaning and off to court we will go. I'll also be reporting them to the BBB and putting this out for everyone to see so the next person will go some where else to get their...
