Carpets are piling up all over the house. Already had them come back once. Now again. Kept hearing the sales pitch about this electric carpet stretcher that no one ever used. Now I have to keep calling and playing phone tag for them to fix this. It seems like the sales guy was never going to leave without a deal on a Sunday. We reached a good price, but at the detriment of quality? Or are they just overpricing from the get?
