Annemarie was extremely helpful when I decided to sell my house. We had a long distance relationship as my wife and I were overseas when we decided to sell our house. Annemarie handled everything from start to finish.We communicated primarily via email. She was very responsive and timely in answering my questions and concerns. Even after we sold the house, she continued to stay involved in issues relating to the transfer of utilities from our account to the buyer's account.

It was a joy to work with annemarie. She guided us through the process of selling two of our homes over the past decade in purchasing two others most recently, we sold a home in Lowell and purchased one in Tyngsborough. With each sale/purchase we had very specific requests and many many questions. We would often text Ann Marie multiple times in a single day. She would always respond swiftly and with the information we needed. With a financial exchange this big and the emotional roller coaster of starting over it’s important to find a realtor who you can trust and count on. Annemarie was immediately responsive to my phone calls or texts I trusted her judgment and she took the time with me to get the house ready to sell, she helpEd me find someone to help paint the house and was willing to come over and help me get the house ready for sale. Anytime I had a question she was quick to respond and also found somebody to take photos and responded immediately to offers! She definitely had my best interest in mind!

Annemarie is an excellent agent with the proper know how of selling my old house, very friendly and knowledgeable I was looking for houses in the Townsend area she specifically asked me to look at a house that was above my limit knowing that this house was on the market for over 30+ days. Without that knowledgeable information I would never have looked at it and now I own it thanks to her!
