I felt my realtor was only helpful with navigating paperwork and was not really looking out for my best interest re: helping me decide how to make the best investment with my money. Too, in tue end i felt they were stingy with their time with me. Perhaps because i wasnt spending half a million on a house?

We loved working with Jeni Hamilton at Exit Realty! Jeni is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. She made our first time home buying experience pleasurable and so easy!

I had to do a lot of searching myself of homes, questions prior to viewing properties were not answered and the purchasing of a property did not go well. Promises for closing were not followed through on and I was told I could go to small claims court. I should have never closed until work was completed. I was pressured to close and I am still correcting things that went wrong from 2 months ago and need to get paperwork with county done at my cost too.

I love EXIT Realty because Jeni took care of my needs from another state. She sent me townhouse’s to look at online, we talked on the phone about what I was looking for and then took my sister out to look at the townhomes. She helped me with purchasing the townhouse from Colorado the paper work and all. She also help my Daughter and her Husband find a home here after they moved here too. We really appreciated her knowledge, time and patience with us. Will definitely recommend Jeni with Exit Realty to anyone looking to purchasing a home.
