I loved my experience working with Marissa and Steve. I primarily worked with Marissa and she was so helpful and patient with me during the process of finding and purchasing my home. She listened to my needs and concerns. She and Steve both helped keep my confidence in the process, even as bumps in the road out of all of our control came and went. I would recommend these truly wonderful people a thousand times over.

I didn’t live EXIT Realty Metro because we were in a tight spot to sell out before it went into foreclosure. Instead of a good plan to help us get into a new home we had to sell our home and become renters. It would have been nice to know concretely that due to our late payments on our credit score that although we were selling a home we did not qualify for a loan at that time. We would have pulled out of the process and made other plans to get our credit score healthy and then sold and moved into another home. The knowledge of realtor and lender didn’t work well for us. We had a great home and could have held onto it until we bought an even better home. I felt like it was all about the realty company goals and we were not important.
