Our realtor was not good. My fiancé is the one who found our house, and once we toured the home, our realtor was very much not interested in helping us. As for the whole bank/loan situation, he did absolutely nothing. All correspondence was directly between myself and the banker and we had no guidance from him on what to do/ask. On closing day he didn't even show up to represent us, but came shortly after we closed to represent the seller. Overall very in impressed by EXIT realty and have told people to not use them.
