I found Tim on a google search after my 15 year carpet cleaner couldn’t be found- Tim was able to book me 4 hours after my first call, explaining everything he planned to do, walked my house with a black light and moisture detector. I’ve got a senior pet so I knew my carpets were going to suffer from pet accidents. He was in and out in a hour tops! Even did a small carpet repair for me. If you want someone who is kind, personable and doesn’t Sales pitch to you, this is the company to hire. I’m a landlord so I value my time spent with contractors. He will now have all my business. My carpet looks like the day it was laid on the floor and also was kind enough when I asked them to mask up, he had no issue doing that. If I could give more the 5 stars, this team and company deserves a million stars! Wow!
