Exceptional Carpet Cleaning does more than clean carpets! We bought a home that, after the previous owner removed their furnishings, we discovered severe human (vomit) and pet stains that were never cleaned on our WHITE carpet. So we wanted our carpets cleaned, long-term stains removed, and, most importantly, sanitized.

Tim and his team were fantastic. Before doing any work, Tim walked me through the home, identifying what he could do to every stain and warning me that specific stains would likely not be removed and why.

After his walk-through, Tim gave me a very fair price to clean and sanitize the carpet and tile flooring. The cost was more than low-ball $ carpet cleaners, but Tim’s work was more than worth a few extra bucks!

Tim and Wayne cleaned our office carpet that had been used by outdoor working oil and gas technicians. Of course it was stained and extremely dirty in several offices. The cleaned carpet and the hallway / entry flooring and everything looks great! Would highly recommend!
