The owner Tim Fain and his colleague was amazing! They just left my home and they brought our beige carpet back to life! His expertise is invaluable and attention to detail was spot on. They cleaned my living room and guest bed room. The guest bed room also serves as the dogs room and my dog when she was a puppy clawed a whole through our carpet. Exceptional carpet cleaning came in and fixed the gap/ huge hole seamlessly. I was expecting just to get the carpet cleaned but they came in and went above and beyond! I will be using their services again and telling everyone I know! They were worth every penny!

I have used multiple carpet cleaning companies in the past and even tried to clean my carpets myself. This company did an amazing job on both my carpets and my grout! :) I will definitely use them again. My house smells so fresh and my floors look amazing! The customer service was so friendly as well!

They are a little more expensive but worth it. I've used another company years ago and was very disappointed. I truly believe you get what you pay for. These guys and there knowledge are truly worth it.

I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaners! We tried the ones that send coupons and were disappointed. Exceptional Carpet Cleaning got out a stain that 2 other companies had worked on and failed. It was amazing. They are also extremely friendly and professional.

I've used many different carpet cleaners, mostly chosen by a too-good-to-be-true ad. My experience with them is that most do a substandard job, all the while babbling on abt how this or that additional service would make all trouble spots better.

Enter Exceptional Carpet Cleaning, which is truly in a league of its own. I had several difficult and stubborn issues to deal with. Tim asked pertinent questions then buckled down to work with one associate and transformed my carpet. When the company owner does the work himself and knows that his rep is on the line at every house, he gets the job done, and immaculately. Beware of high-name-recognition providers, who send minions with no education in the field to do the work.

Now that I have seen the difference, I will choose nothing but Exceptional Carpet Cleaning.

Tim and Wayne just left my house and I couldn't be more pleased. I had some difficult stains, and they were diligent until the spot came clean. (Note to self: ban all red beverages and candies from the house, no matter how much whining it causes). I have used cheaper cleaners, but the name Exceptional Carpet Cleaners is precisely descriptive of the service you will receive from this locally-owned, hard-working service team.
