I get my carpets done every year by “professionals” and they said they couldn’t do anything for this area because of wear and tear. Exceptional made it loo lost new again! He was so polite, kind to my curious 6 year old, and patient with my yapping dogs at the back door. Worth every penny!

I wish I could give these guys more stars!! The slate floors in the house we just purchased were awful (country red dirt, big dogs that had an always open doggie door that they would use after swimming in the pond, you get the idea). Now they look absolutely gorgeous, we had no idea of the real, true color of the tile. Cannot thank these guys enough!! Wish I would have had them do the wood floors too, but they will get done soon!

While my carpet wasn’t terribly visibly soiled, under a black light, we had spots from our dear (little devil) pets. He explained two processes available that would be the best option, and let me choose. I say this only since two other companies I’ve used have pressured me into the higher dollar amount category, add ons, etc, that honestly probably didn’t make a big difference in the final result.

I will say the biggest thing I notice is the smell, or lack there of. When we have used chem dry, my house reeks of pet odor being evaporated from the carpets for at least two days, with the process they use. Tonight, my house smells amazing. There was never an odor besides clean.

Great experience, my carpets look brand new and they were filthy, they were super quick and friendly, most reasonable quote in town, I am so happy!
