Excel Health is my new family ! I feel well taken care of by Dr. Ramen and the whole staff at Excel Health. She is the most knowledgeable Dr. I have ever encountered in my journey to get well . Dr. Ramen is so kind and took everything about me into consideration when she put my plan together. My plan has been easy to follow and even enjoyable , which i was not expecting , when seeing a Dr. But i have really enjoyed learning more about myself and how to best care for my body, and also my mind and emotions . My health coach, Karen, is so amazing , she gives so much support in such a caring format , i have been super impressed and have had great results that i could never have achieved on my own. The support, help, and guidance whenever I have a question or concern, the team is there to help me. The follow-up with Dr. Raman, Karen Sullivan, and the videos and support documents are very helpful.
The effort does pay off in the long run. Some major and hard changes, but also some flexibility. All in all everything is good!
