I am beyond grateful for Dr. Raman and her integrative health program at Excel Health. Entering her program was truly life-changing for me. Dr. Raman and her team are incredibly supportive and encouraging, cheering you on every step of the way. When I started the program, I was struggling with debilitating PMS and mood symptoms, as well as high blood pressure and cholesterol and was prescribed statins and blood pressure medications at just 35 years old. However, after 6 months in Dr. Raman's program, my risk for cardiovascular disease has significantly decreased, my numbers are actually back to normal, and I no longer need the medications!! Firstly, I would like to apologize for the length of my review, but if I were to only say a few words I would not be giving Dr. Raman enough credit for how significantly she has changed my life for the better.

I first found Dr. Raman online during a search for a Functional Medicine doctor. Despite there being a closer option, I was drawn to Dr. Raman's expertise and positive reviews. I decided to give her a try, a decision that turned out to be life-changing, to say the least.

To provide context on my health journey, I've had very bad experiences with doctors over the past 20 years. Despite having multiple ailments, my regular physicians offered little beyond prescriptions and self-doubt. Some even made me feel like my symptoms were all in my head. Dr. Raman is very thorough and listens attentively to determine the right solution for the individual. Her programs provide strong support (learning and coaching) and anyone can benefit. I was able to lose almost 20 pounds and the learning and coaching made the difference to a healthier and happier lifestyle. I highly recommend her if you really want to understand what is going on with your body -and fix it- rather than utilizing pharmaceuticals to solely alleviate your issues and put up the added side effects.

Its been wonderful from the start the modules are a wealth of information and the follow up visits keep me motivated.

I had a great experience with Dr Raman at Excel Health. I went to her primarily with the intent of focusing on ‘wellness’ and improving my body composition.
I had a very comprehensive evaluation one on one that focused on my individual metabolic profile and got a diet plan that suited me especially since I am a vegetarian. The diet coach Ms Karen was very helpful and kept me motivated during her coaching calls. I felt Dr Raman’s approach towards wellness was well rooted scientifically and was easy to adapt with a busy schedule . I have noticed improvements in energy levels, body mass index, weight and body composition.

I love working with Dr Raman. She is very thorough and does not rush my app. She always takes time to listen and spend quality time with me. She truly cares for her patients. The knowledge I learned was phenomenal. I would recommend this program and Dr Raman to anyone who is considering it.
